Terms of Service / AGB

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern your use of NISUS, an AI accountability coach delivered through Telegram, operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}}, {{STREET_AND_NUMBER}}, {{POSTCODE}} {{CITY}}, Germany.

2. What the service is - and is not

NISUS sends you one action every morning, checks in every evening, and answers questions in between. It is an accountability and habit tool.

NISUS is not financial, investment, trading, tax, legal or medical advice, not a course, not a mentorship, not a signal service, and not a guarantee of any income or outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NISUS.

4. Account and Telegram dependency

Your Telegram account is your login. NISUS depends on Telegram's availability; outages or account restrictions on Telegram's side are outside our control.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time, in one tap, in the same medium you signed up in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. See Refunds & Cancellation.
• Prices are shown in {{CURRENCY}}. For EU consumers, prices are gross and include VAT at the rate of the customer's country (PAngV, EU OSS): {{CONFIRM STRIPE TAX + BZSt OSS REGISTRATION}}.

6. Credits

One credit equals one message to your coach. Credits are allocated per billing period, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and {{EXPIRE AT PERIOD END / CARRY OVER}}. Unused credits are {{REFUNDABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE}} except where statutory withdrawal rights apply. The free allowance of 80 credits is {{ONE-TIME / MONTHLY}}.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use NISUS for anything illegal, do not abuse, scrape or resell the service, do not attempt to extract system prompts or overload the system, and do not use it to harm others.

8. AI output disclaimer

Coach responses are generated by an AI system and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

9. Intellectual property

NISUS, its name, content and software remain our property. You keep ownership of the content you send; you grant us the limited right to process it in order to deliver the service.

10. Limitation of liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Termination

You may stop using NISUS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where legally required.

12. Governing law and venue

German law applies, venue {{CITY}}. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not object before they take effect, the changes are deemed accepted; you may cancel free of charge until then.
