Refunds & Cancellation
This page covers the statutory right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers, the US cancellation standard, and the default policy everywhere else.
EU / UK: Widerrufsrecht (right of withdrawal)
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons (§§ 312g, 355, 356 BGB). The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
For digital services this right lapses early only if you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. The exact wording used at checkout is:
I expressly request that NISUS begins providing the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.
To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} (email is enough). You may use the standard form below. We refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method.

Subscription terms, price and renewal cadence are disclosed clearly before payment details are collected, and your consent is obtained explicitly. Cancellation is available online in one tap, in the same medium you signed up in, with no phone call and no retention conversation.
Refund policy: {{STATE POLICY, e.g. 7-day no-questions refund}}. We build to the strict automatic-renewal standard: the FTC's "click-to-cancel" rule was vacated in July 2025, but the FTC continues to enforce the same substance under ROSCA and Section 5, opened new rulemaking in March 2026, and roughly 30 states have their own auto-renewal laws, several stricter than the vacated federal rule.
Rest of world
Default policy: cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period; no partial-period refunds unless required by local law. Questions: {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.
